About Us
The Lexington Kennel Club was originally founded in the 1940's and first incorporated with the State of Kentucky in 1950.
The objects of the Club are:

to further the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs;
-
to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of all breeds of purebred dogs and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials;
-
to conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows, obedience trials and any other event for which the club is eligible under the rules of The American Kennel Club.
